Well the eyebrow on the left got odd. I like the right side, generally, and I like that it’s loose.
Why is the tongue so hard to capture? Why? Now it’s too small!

This is looking weirdly real. Or Norman Rockwell real, anyway. Shiny nose!
KC – I think what happens is if you are looser, you use fewer brushstrokes, and the viewers imagination fills in the rest more accurately than if you tried to paint like a photo. It’s what I heard somewhere, anyway.
