And bonus tracks? Phooey. If it wasn’t good enough to make it to an official track you can keep it. That might just be me. Because I am old.

So I recently started cooking school (to be a baker) and was not thrilled about the whole metric thing, but weight is more accurate than volume so we have to do it. I’ve gotten used to it now and it is actually a relief to have everything in the same unit of measurement. My digital scale, my bench scraper, my chef knife and my paintbrush are pretty much my desert island tools.
Also, the description of the cookies as ” lemon-sea-salt-almond” literally made my mouth water.
And where were the cookies today when I gave you the fabulous idea for finding foam? Huh?I wanna cookie!!!!
No kidding, Hot Mom! We ate lunch with her and no cookies were offered. Hmph.
