So, finally: progress! Gary acknowledged that it would be better to order a car and have it built rather than rely on the scant electric vehicles dealers keep in their lots. He keeps finding great cars that are gone the next day, and he suspects it’s all a come-on.
So his new plan was to buy a Chevy Volt (his original choice) after he ate lunch. It was to be click click click, small deposit, progress!
Right before the clicking, he realized, “But if I buy on-line, I could get any car I want. A Mustang! An I-3! Any color!”
