Today scientists announced they cracked fusion. Now they can produce more energy than they started with.
It’s possible this is a hoax. But if not, it means:
- My electric car is utterly out of date
- Gary isn’t going to buy any new cars until he sees what’s next
- Ford has to bring back the Ford Fusion

“Producing energy that powers homes and businesses from fusion is still decades away.” – and usually they’re a smidge too optimistic, rather than pessimistic, on timelines in articles like this, so I think your car has some time to adjust to its retirement. 🙂
