I worked on it so much that the neural track of embroidery just kept spinning even when I was done. My brain kept embroidering as we went to the movie theater and watched The Current War. I saw a thread on the floor of the theater: it looked like embroidery thread. The color of a jacket made me want to thread a needle with the yellow thread. I saw things on screen and pictured how they would look embroidered. I kept getting triggered by Michael Shannon’s mustache. Couldn’t you embroider that face?
