Eggs Benedict at hotel sax


Please, there should be a rule. Before you top off my coffee LOOK to see if there is cream in it. If there is and you give me more you have just screwed up my careful coffee cream and honestly sugar ratio.

The eggs are divine though. Perfect.

  1. The eggs look beautiful, and you are the only other person on Earth that I’ve ever heard mention the coffee ratio conundrum. You can’t “top off” a coffe-cream-sweetener combo! Why don’t people already know that?
    Then again, there are people out there that don’t know what “coffee regular” means, so I guess I shouldn’t be that surprised.

  2. Just learn to drink coffee black, like an adult. (at least that’s the world I grew up in) It really endears me to my fireman boyfriend when I tease him about his sugar cream with a little coffee crap he drinks.
