THESE are the crabcakes at Almonds in Clayton

Looks like we have crabcakes when the Mini gets serviced.

  1. Big Dot – Neh, I just HAD lobster. And thanks for that skite setup!Hattie – That’s because you have not had THESE crabcakes. A fried crab cruller.

  2. The outside looks so crunchy! And solid!
    I am floored!
    Also, I wish I had a Mini.

  3. I love good crabcakes, with just enough filler to hold the crab in a patty form. I’ve never eaten at Almonds, but J. Bucks used to have good ones and of course Oceano did; but I felt like I should take out a loan to eat there.I seriously lust for the Mini Countryman. srsly.

  4. Tami – love my Mini. And it was cheaper than the Fit.Amy in StL – These are entirely creamy and soft inside, but the outside is crispy and crunchy. I think its about $8 for two. It’s an appetizer.
