Strictly speaking, this is a galette, made from buckwheat: wholemeal and therefore HEALTHY. What are you thinking?
Big dot- it was a tartileffe -spelling approximate. I had no say. I was doing well pointing and nodding.
I was going to ask why your crepe was square and brown, but the fact that it’s not a crepe explains that. *whew*!
Tami – I kept thinking it had steak in it, but it was simply the burnt bits of egg. I will need to look up tartileffe in the Joy of French Cooking.
