Has anyone else been watching Chernobyl on HBO?
My god it is bleak.
I had just finished Episode 4 when a friend commented that she had seen it through Episode 2, and, of course, she commented on the bleakness.
I said, “You think Episode 2 is bleak? Episode 2 is a romp. Wait until you get to Episode 4.”
In our house we have taken to using Chernobyl as a descriptor, as in, “The Blues are Chernobyling the Bruins” or “The thunderstorm made the elm tree all Chernobyly.”

Yes. It’s horrifying but I can’t stop watching. One more episode to go.
Dave2 – I would be watching, but the Blues are in the Stanley Cup Finals for the second time in a half century or so. The hockey game MIGHT be depressing; the Russians WILL be depressing.
