You should have heard Gary this afternoon. The topic was the new Pope’s Twitter feed.
Gary, emphatically. “This Pope Francis is the best Pope ever. He makes all the other Popes look sick.”
“Even the one who is supposed to be a saint now?”
“ALL OF THEM. But especially the Nazi Pope. And he’s so brave! Going out in the crowds and mingling with the people!”
“Yes.”
“But he’s going to die. And if he does, everyone, all the religions, Muslims, everyone, will mourn him.”
So, just so you know, Gary feels great loyalty to Pope Francis. Pope Francis is winning the Pope Open. I had no idea there was a Pope competition, but there is, and Francis is winning.
