It’s three thirty in the morning and I can’t sleep.
1) I thought over fixing up Mom’s house. Now I am in the “Worried about asbestos, lead paint, and broken tile” stage of grief.
2) Dave called and said, “Breaking news, Keith Olbermann is quitting after the commercial break.” And then he did.

asbestos is usually ok if left undisturbed. in fact, we looked a number of houses with either asbestos siding and or tiling on the floor.
not sure what to do about lead paint, maybe just paint over it? tiles can be fixed.
I am not familiar with KO. seems like an intense kind of guy.
