Here’s what Gary’s been singing all day (to the time of Ironman).
I am dumplingman
Jiggling and wiggling is what I am.
I’m the Charmin Bear
No shreds are on my butt are there
Putting the TMI in absentminded

Wow, that’s pretty funny! Which reminds me; I need toilet paper…. I really need to be one of those folks that keeps a list; I’ve been to the store twice in the last two days and still need tp and toothpaste.
At the risk of setting off another bidet-fest – well, there ain’t never any shreds on my butt.
Amy in StL – I love lists, and for the first few years I kept them I abbreviated toilet paper as “BT,” not “TP.” (Bathroom Tissue. It was a code only I could follow.)Big Dot – (Grande Pointe: we are learning french) – I’ve never had anyone up there looking for shreds, so I don’t keep track. Not like I’m a bear walking around all naked. And befpre any voluntary nudity the washcloth comes out for a scrubdown anyway.
Bathroom tissue: zut alors, but you’re fancy! It’s bumf on my shopping list. Which is itself an abbreviation, I think.
Big Dot – Bum … Bum Fluffies? Bum Freshener?
Bumfodder, I believe. Not to be confused with the more classily-spelled bumph, which is advertising material/instructions/information pamphlets etc.
Actually, it turns out the words are interchangeable – but I like to make a distinction. Same as if I said to you ‘colour’ and you heard ‘color’ but I knew I was really speaking English, not American.
Big Dot – I need to adopt this phrase. I plan to say bumfodder this week. http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/bumfodderbumfodder (abbreviated as bumf)1.toilet paper 2. bureaucratic or officious documents, and the use to which they might best be put.
