Genius

Two genius ideas I had just today:

1) I could bring my power washer into the bathroom and use it to clean the shower. I would just need one of those faucet to hose hookups. According to the first page of Google search, this is a revolutionary new concept. I thought of it first.

2) Here’s a thought:
a) Take pulled pork
b) pull it into long shreds
c) dip it in tempura batter
d) deep fry it
e) serve it like an appetizer or deep fried onions. You could dip it in BBQ sauce or in ranch.

I thought of this at RibFest today. I had deep fried Oreos at Ribfest. Not as crispy as I would have liked.

  1. I just learned how to make pulled pork on Good Eats today. It involves buying a large flower pot, but I fully intend to do it. The fried part sounds ingenious, like duck confit except with batter! Hm, I guess it’s time for lunch.

  2. Do it! Do it! Do you pull the pork through the hole in the bottom of the flower pot? I can’t picture it. I figured it was just shredded pork. We just like to say pulled pork because it sounds nasty.

  3. For those who do not work with the Queen, it should be noted that three of us wasted a good 15 mintues doing a google search on “pulled pork flower pot” to learn that for almost the cost of just buying a smoker, you can assemble your own MacGyver-style.

Comment, even if you aren't on WordPress. Make up a name. Fine by me.
