I don’t know what to tell you, but I find myself married to a completely different man these last few months.
This new Gary vacuums compulsively, up to three times a day. Last week at five am I was awakened by the sound of a tambourine in the “library” room next door, because he was gutting it and rearranging everything (including the tambourine).
He claims this is typical of people with chronic rashes. I can find no evidence of this on the internet.
Also, he has remarkable amounts of energy. He just took apart our dryer to see if he could fix it. I can assure you, the man I married does not dismantle dryers. He buys new dryers. The man I married would buy a new dryer if it appeared dusty.
Also, he talks to himself a lot. I don’t know what provoked that. Unless it’s because I’m talking to him less and less. Most likely that’s it. Or he’s had a stroke? He shows no other evidence of a stroke, though.
He’s a lot more pleasant most of the time, except when he isn’t. It really is odd.
