Evidently it all comes down to bad myelin. If you don’t have the right coating around your nerve cells you’re in trouble. Myelin that’s too thick, too thin, or vulnerable to immune system attacks. Bad myelin spells trouble.
Proud to say I’m keeping my bad myelin genes to myself. Glad the neurologist’s working on re-myelination. Too late for my half-brother or me, I fear.
