Best Cheese Ever


Cheese. Chewy creamy cheese. Very tasty for mold. Comes in a variety of textures and flavors.

What is better than cheese? Think about it … Yes. Fried cheese.

I’m not talking about deep fried cheese. I mean take the raw cheese and fry it up in a skillet.

You say no? You say, “No, the cheese will melt and burn.”

Sure, Brie would not brown up in a skillet, nor Parmesan, but my new best friend and favorite cheese, Halloumi cheese, was bred like a dog to fry up in golden brown chunks in a pan.

Of course, I have taken it out of its brine to try it. Damn. Now I have to fry it all up and eat it.
