To the Max

Moon to the Max – tonight marks another visit from the Supermoon, bringer of wacky dreams. Since the moon is new it will be an invisible Supermoon. Will that make it more powerful? Will it bring the same strange dreams as last time? I now have the menopause dreams to punch up with the Supermoon influence. Or does menopause make one immune to the pull of the lunar cycle?

Dave to the Max – God only knows how the Supermoon might influence my bipolar diabetic brother Dave, who is ON STEROIDS for a cough. Steroids make one manic and diabetic, and this, on top of his natural mania and diabetes, makes for a crazy blood sugar roller coaster of eating and organizing. He’s called an average of four times a day every day this week. Strangely, he hasn’t called tonight. Perhaps his mouth is tired from eating.

  1. I’ve been having the wackiest dreams lately, even though my sleep doc assured me that people don’t dream on the medication I’m on. Fits right in with the really annoying allergies that I supposedly don’t have. Sniff.

  2. Allison – and then in ten years the research will catch up and they’ll start every appointment with “Have you had any odd dreams? You know that’s a side effect. Well, we’ll have to take you off it.”

Comment, even if you aren't on WordPress. Make up a name. Fine by me.
