when I first saw this, I thought “oooh…something’s gone horribly wrong with the cheddar…” but them remembered the bit about “waxing the cheese” earlier in the week. Such relief!

Kristie – Yep. If I had enough wax I could have dunked it instead of painting it and it would look better.Mare – It looks like hamburger to me. Part of the round rind cracked off.

Tami- yes, but it has to be stored at 50 degrees. I don’t have a cave in my house. The best I can do is 40 in the door of the fridge.
