Mare – I know! Isn’t it wee? Amd look how the meat plug goes from the oven to the inside of the roast? Still all three times I’ve used it, it always seems that the meat is underdone or just … too consistently done? Like I’d expect a roast to be a little pinker in the middle, but no. Maybe I need to try the roast setting instead of convection roast.
