Benchmark – they were not great. Muffin not fresh, hollandaise not lemony. Hey – and I got nauseated after. You know, thinking of my last three eggs Benedict experiences … Maybe I shouldnt eat eggs Benedict
Elisabeth- you should , you really should.
Hattie – it was supposed to be hollandaise. The shipboard eggs Benedict is the sane way. Heavy on the yolk, lemony not there.
Mare- like a bivalve , which I saw for the first time in my paella mussels.
