Lobster Slaughter GNO

Date: April 3 (because otherwise it’s Good Friday AND Passover, and while I should eat seafood, Marcia fears her G-d might rain frogs on her.) I’ll have lobster bisque on the 10th, Mom loved that.

Food: Recently deceased lobsters

Beverages: Drawn butter

Activities: Lobster Races. Last place swims first.
Also, Lobster Gladiators.
Perhaps a short film: Mac Versus the Lobsters.
Lobster Roomba Rides.
Lobster Hospice.
Then dinner.

Now all I need is a playlist.

B52s: Rock Lobster.

That’s all I’ve got. Help me out. Plus, I need side dishes.

P.S. Don’t judge me unless you’ve never eaten a lobster. I might even become a vegetarian after I get to know these lobsters.

  1. OK. Check Twitter-post, then check Mock-Lobster-post.Grrr.Anyway. My MIL can suck it up. Let’s do the 10th. (Did you figure out my email address yet?)

  2. “‘Tis the voice of the Lobster: I heard him declare
‘You have baked me too brown, I must sugar my hair.’
As a duck with its eyelids, so he with his nose
Trims his belt and his buttons, and turns out his toes.
When the sands are all dry, he is gay as a lark,
    and will talk in contemptuous tones of the shark;
But, when the tide rises and sharks are around,
His voice has a timid and tremulous sound.”

  8. Lobsters are people too. Herb from new jersey, author of ” The lobster and the chicken” a fable for adults in search of enlightenment. Know your friendly lobster and more of a lover then a “lobster gladiator” that was the past and Im much less “shellfish” these days.I have been in touch with my inner lobster. Its a relationship book of sorts,Im the lobster and my ex girlfriend is the chicken. They travel through life and meet some characters, lots of characters on the road of life. They learn some lessons and a few taxis and there baggage follow them, when they learn all there lessons, they become fully human. Thanks Herb Palmer Jr lobsterandchicken.com

  9. Herb Palmer Jr – You know, I visited lobsterandchicken.com and it sounds quite legit. At the risk of making the dog food and viagra people jealous I’m keeping your comment.
