I see the OB-GYN on Momday morning. Well, his assistant. I truly hope she doesn’t have to go poking about up in the sanctuary. They said something about being overdue for a Pap smear. I still have to have smears? Really? Does it ever end?

No, it doesn’t ever end. That said, I’m about 2 years overdue for everything.
Jammie’s – my mom never got Pap smears, or went to the dentist. And since the skin inside there thins it hurts more. And you know, they should call it Pap pokes. Smears sounds too gentle and fluid.
You will continue to need all those checkups if you are taking female hormones, though, which I’m not.
Hattie – looks not I might not be either, which I suppose is good.
