Okay, full disclosure, I grew up on kraft M@C with hot dogs cut up in it AUGMENTED by a small block of Velveeta, so the Cheeseology classic Mac and cheese was not my classic. Still, this was nice, though the cheese was not plastic and orange enough. Face it, Velveeta is good for Mac and cheese. He did mention that with the hot dogs I had the same as the Childs plate except I had cheddar.Now, Gary’s dish was surprising and special. It was like a Greek salad made into macaroni and cheese. Olives, mozzarella , sun dried tomatoes and artichokes. Very tasty. And this is key – they’ve just begun offering breadcrumbs on top. Get the breadcrumbs.
